Today I had the pleasure of sitting down with my buddy Brandon Stahl. Brandon is an Army vet with 1 tour to Iraq under his belt. We spoke about his experiences going into processing, boot camp, and the tour itself. He went into detail with some pitfalls they experiences over seas including losing one of their platoon members. Towards the end of the episode we discussed mental health for men and how it's OK to ask for help when you need it.
