In today's study we talk about how God called Abraham, and how he obediently went out not knowing where he would end up. He was looking for a city whose builder and maker is God. We also read that Sarah and Isaac were included in this promise to Abraham as well, but they all died in the faith, without receiving the promise. The writer felt this proves they were truly seeking a Heavenly city. It is the same place true believers are still seeking today. In short, we study the faith of Abraham in this episode.
