Today, we have a discussion concerning idolatry. We received a question asking us if we believe idolatry is an issue for the people of our day and time, or if it is something that we have gotten past. Some people question if ministers should teach and preach against idolatry, because it seems to be irrelevant now. The reasoning behind this thinking is that we don't see people openly bowing down to false gods and idols. Is this an obsolete topic, or is it one that still needs to be addressed?
