Diet culture normalises so many disordered behaviours. Once you’re out of it, you can’t unsee them and it’s WILD. In this episode, I’ll share with you some of the behaviours I’ve noticed so that you can call them out when you see them (or *cough* stop doing it yourself *cough*).
I’ll be ranting about disordered behaviours like:
✔️Being proud of not eating
✔️ Talking about diets
✔️ Ignoring our bodies cues
✔️ Acting like having ‘willpower’ around food is the gold standard
✔️ Avoiding entire food groups for ‘health’
✔️ Engaging in compensatory behaviours
