Show Notes - Josh Lynch
This week I have the pleasure of sitting down with arguably the tallest realtor in the state of Kentucky. Always having an interest in real estate it is no surprise how he ended up involved in the industry.
Josh Lynch is a Realtor with The Brokerage and co-owner of the South District Realty Group in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born and raised in the Lexington area and after starting out as a Special Ed Teacher, transitioned and found his passion for the real estate world. Spending the last 6 years as a licensed realtor, Josh has also been involved in owning rental homes, flipping houses, and more recently getting involved in the short term rental market. He and his wife Lauren recently started the non profit Attitude of Gratitude Foundation, partnering with families going through the adoption and foster care process.
