Over spring break, our family took a short trip to Niagara Falls. Last week, I shared how our adventure on Beaver Island soaked our socks and muddied our shoes. For my youngest in clogs, this meant the mud not only covered her shoes, but her feet and legs as well.
After a short car ride, we checked into our hotel with white bedding.
My first order of business was to clean up my little one before mud was everywhere.
This seemingly simple task revealed how ill-equipped I was to complete my mission.
Jesus definitely handled feet washing better than I did!
Listen in to hear more about how scrambling in survival mode opened my eyes to a new perspective.
P.S. I'm so grateful that I am not responsible for making anyone clean!
*The spring break adventure continues next week with the tale of the "Many Waters."*
Bible verses referred to in this episode:
