This episode is an unscripted backstory of why I launched a podcast. After procrastinating for over a year to launch this podcast, I had to finally just hit record and force myself to just take the first step.
I literally cringe at listening to this episode, but I’m putting it out there because I am working to be more vulnerable and not allow perfectionism to stall me from achieving my goals. As a true type A personality of needing to have plan A-Z completed before starting anything, I am learning to step away from that control and step into faith to do things. So rather than having a clear plan for this podcast, hitting record with no script or plan just made sense.
