I have a great conversation with my friend Courtney Woffinden. Courtney and I met each other selling women’s clothing and got to work together doing some photo shoots. I immediately was drawn to her huge smile and bold confidence. I’ve been following Courtney’s journey for years now and most recently was inspired by her transformation through a weight loss surgery she had. I not only was inspired by the work she put in to lose 150 lbs, but I was inspired by her ambition to not fall into the victim mindset of her health issues and past trauma. Her level of confidence was always there even before the weight loss surgery, but her confidence now after it……WOW!
