In this episode Rebecca talks about the importance of time management. How can we get so much done when working a 9-5, but when we have so much free time we become less productive?
 
Properly managing time includes making a to-do list, allocating time to each item from your to-do list, and then scheduling those tasks on your calendar. If we don't get organised we don't get it done.
