Description

Try asking yourself what is nourishing you, what is providing you with comfort, and what is giving you the energy to do the things you want to do or the basic necessities that you need to keep yourself going.

Don't waste energy on things or people that are not adding value to your life. Are you simply just going with the flow and completing the same mundane tasks to suit others needs? Or are you sticking to things for comfort rather than improvement. 

It all falls back to what I've said before "don't be afraid to put yourself first" , to say no or to say yes to something new.
