Identify your goal. This may sound like a no-brainer for personal goals, but for setting achievable business goals, the more you look to make decisions to suit others, the more likely your goals will be misaligned.
Evaluate your options and your decisions. Weigh up the pros and cons. How will you benefit if you make changes? Think of both the long and short term.
