Lets talk about integrity....
Having integrity means doing the right thing in a reliable way. It's a personality trait that we admire, since it means a person has a moral compass that doesn't waver.
No judgement here but alot of people achieve things by cutting corners, finding the easy way out or just simply on a lie. They choose to get from A to B by not always doing things in the right way.
Do you sleep easy at night knowing you have done things honestly and kept to your morals. Have you made mistakes to please others or done something untrustworthy to simply get a result or avoid one?
Its better to fail honestly than win on a lie right?
Its not always an easy decision but its so important to stay truthfull and honest.
