We are all replaceable. No matter how much you feel you show up every day to your job layered in love and compassion, you are replaceable. As a former control freak I'm not sure how I would have handled being fired, AGAIN, had I not learned how to live life like playdough and mold whatever life gifts me, into what serves me best. Today I am yet again, real, raw, and vulnerable with you as I share how my injury led to me losing my job. As I like to remind us all daily, everything will be okay, as soon as we are okay with everything.
