Forgiveness is the key to self love and happiness. In our day to day we often find ourselves predicting and controlling rather than having peace of mind. We go from point A to point B and we actually have no idea how we got there because we are too flustered with what happened yesterday or what might happen tomorrow. True inner peace comes from letting go, being in the present moment, and realizing in practicing forgiveness you take nothing personal so you have no compulsion to react. In reality, when do people often decide to forgive? When they face death. There is no future without forgiveness.
