Very few people leave the bright lights of a major city, come to the red centre and embrace the culture, people and lifestyle, Dan Donaldson is not one of those people. Since moving to Alice Springs 5 years ago Dan has become a big part of the town and to this day continues to be a positive and welcoming figure in the Alice.
Dan's story is one a resilience and being willing to change, adapt and to have the bravery to leave your comfort zone and take on new challenges. We chat about his journey to this point, the life lessons he's learnt through his passion for cricket, the lifelong memories he's gained form living and working in the remote community of Laramba and much more.
