On this episode of Ask Dr Jessica, Dr Jessica Hochman talks to Riaz Patel, a media expert.  Riaz  has been nominated for two Emmy awards and an NAACP image award.  His shows have been filmed in 21 countries,  have been distributed worldwide.   In this episode, Riaz will explain how  to think about media with a more discerning eye.  He believes that with less media screen time, parents will likely spend less time worrying.
