January is National Human Trafficking Prevention Month

Slavery did not end, it evolved.

Modern day slavery is an umbrella term encompassing human trafficking, and that is a crime that involves exploiting a person for labor, services or commercial sex.

There is over 16.3 million people forced into labor and 4.8 million people forced into sexual exploitation

This week, I am honored to be joined by three women representing the organization Hope for Justice to discuss many different areas around the topic of human trafficking.

Hope for Justice is an organization dedicated to preventing exploitation, rescuing victims, restoring lives and reforming society.

Awareness is so important to I hope you take the time to not only listen to this weeks episode, but to share it with your friends/family to help spread awareness of this horrible crime.
