Hello and welcome back to episode 26

I recently ticked off one of my long term mini goals which was to meditate with Buddhists. This week's episode is about that 'interesting' experience including the Buddhist teaching of Impermanence and how we can lean into change rather than be fearful of it.

WEEKLY CHALLENGE
A slightly deeper challenge for you this week, get out your journal and write about a time (in the past) when you were fearful of change in your life, for example, this might be linked to
- a change in location
- a new job/career
- a relationship
- a lifestyle
and write down the process you went through. It might be useful to do this almost as bullet points or maybe you want to write in more detail.  Write down the circumstance, the reason for change, what the change looked like, how you felt about it before during and after, and what positive came as a result that could not have happened otherwise.
Once, you have done this, keep it safe and next time you face a change that you feel fearful of, re-read it to remind yourself of the often difficult process we go through to grow.
