Hello everyone!

This week I am talking about creating a low dopamine morning routine. We live in a world were we are bombarded with constant stimulus and this results in us constantly chasing our next hit of dopamine. Starting the day slowly and leaving ourselves at least one hour to avoid overstimulating activities like scrolling on social media will set the calm vibe and allow us to have a fulfilling, productive day rather than a mindless, nothing day or even  worse, one filled with activities that are detrimental in some way.
