• Make a decision that you will not continue to let the event ruin your day/week/month

• For a specific amount of time, release control and ask for help from your spirit team

• Breathe, even if it's only for 60 seconds

• Play some high vibe music

• Smile and look for humour

• Try to bring joy to 5 people as quickly as you can

• Keep it in perspective

• Avoid entering into negative conversations about it

• Look at the problem with fresh eyes

• Find the positives and if you can't, find the lessons

• Journal it all out to release
