In this podcast, I had the opportunity to talk with the lovely Marissa Smith from @raisingrices and Heritage Home Family Farm about the Leadership structure in the home. The Lord’s Word is so clear in how the family was established and how leadership should be in the home. Great advice and tips for Singles and Married people. Marissa Rice, is a mom of 6 almost 7, been married to her faithful husband Darren for almost 14 years this summer. She is passionate about encouraging families in the raising of households that serve the Lord. They have started a ministry called Raising Rices, in which they use the word of God to help direct their encouragement to other families to share in the great mission of raising up the next generation for Christ.
