Burnout has been top of mind lately. Searches for burnout are at an all time high. But what exactly is burnout beyond just a buzzword? How can we differentiate it from exhaustion or stress?  And most importantly,  how can we recognise the signs of burnout and effectively deal with it as well as prevented in the future? That's the focus of this episode.

We speak with Aparna Dubey as she describes how she figured out she was burning out, the research she did, how she managed it and built systems to prevent it in the future.

Aparna is a seasoned leader with the consumer goods industry with 18 years experience across the Asia-Pacific region.  She's worked with top multinational, such as Procter and Gamble, and Kimberly-Clark. She's  an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad,  often ranked number one in India.
