This episode follows on last week's episode on reprogramming your subconscious mind because the majority of times inaction/uncertainty comes from a place of fear.
BUT fear is also a sign that you have hit the spot and you have the power to reprogram that. I go through some of my favourite things to do when fearful thoughts pop in.
