Tori and Mary welcome guest Kara Storey to discuss all things Natural Family Planning. Kara is a wife and mother of five children, ages 11 to 8 months. Together with her husband, Adam, she has been teaching marriage prep courses for the past 10 years for the Diocese of Des Moines, Iowa. In her limited free time, she is also a freelance writer, with articles appearing in publications such as Verily, Embodied and Family Foundations (a magazine specifically devoted to NFP). Kara answers listeners' submitted questions specific to NFP as well as shares her and her husbands own experience with practicing Natural Family Planning throughout their marriage.
