We'll explore the power of small, consistent actions as we dive into the joy of movement. Remember, this isn't about running a marathon or a stringent routine; it's about finding your happy place with movement. I'll share some of my personal struggles and how I've rediscovered balance in movement.

This July, our guest Gina Keeping will inspire us with her unique insights into creating an authentic vision for life and conquering the fear of standing out.
