I did not realize it until the pandemic, but I started looking back and examining different situations and how he allowed his family to treat me and red flags, fire alarms were going off everywhere. I talk about how he did not value me, but he valued what I could do for him and that he was allowed to verbally abuse me for seven years. I will give this story a part two because I only touched the surface, but this is why I am very strict on who and who I will not date.
