In this episode, Sean and Tyler take the journey to cross the bridge from leading yourself to how this helps lead others well. Leading others involves sharing attention with them, best done when we walk in step with the Spirit, including in our pursuit of what people mean when they say “self care.” The episode concludes with introducing the Leadership Challenge framework, with emphasis on encouraging the heart of others.
