When it comes to attracting millennials to church, many churches are at a loss. This is because the traditional methods of outreach do not appeal to this younger generation.
The problem isn’t that churches don't know how to reach out to millennials, it's that they're not using the right approach.
Millennials are looking for something different in their spiritual lives. They want authenticity and community, but they also want freedom from what feels like an imposed faith.
