Lisa is an energy worker, workshop leader, and author specializing in women’s energetics, sexual trauma healing, goal manifestation and contemplative energy practices for daily life. She is the author of Chakra Empowerment for Women: Self-Guided Techniques for Healing Trauma, Owning Your Power & Finding Overall Wellness and The Art and Science of Meditation: How to Deepen and Personalize Your Practice both through Llewellyn Worldwide. She is also the creator of a popular DailyOM course Awakening Your Feminine Chakras.
Lisa takes a holistic approach to illness. Lisa is a chakra-based energy worker, writer, and teacher. In her early days, she was positively influenced by Louise Hay's work with the mind-body connection and mapping out probable causes of illness. Lisa has trained in multiple energy healing modalities as well as in mindfulness meditation instruction and trauma sensitivity. She is a member of the International Association of Meditation Instructors and the American Holistic Health Association.
