In her book, Soul Center, Jennifer shares her life experiences and the tools she used to overcome the buried trauma driving her emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Jennifer was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She has been writing for as long as she can remember and enjoys nature and walking her dogs.
