Episode 1-the Best time to be Mindful
I am going to discuss the best time to be Mindful except all the time.
That time is in the morning.
There're usually fewer distractions in the morning so it tended to be quieter.
This is also the time when your mind is more reflective & receptive because you may still be in that transitional state from sleep to waking.
So, utilizing this time when you wake up sets the tone for your entire day.
Appreciate one or two minutes of stillness and mindfulness to enjoy the morning as life intended.
So, before I go, listen closely and remember this ONE one thing.
Your future is a thought, your past has passed, but your now is always here.
Be mindful-one minute at a time.
