In this episode, I chat with Dr. Christine Jehu, a Director of Sports Psychology at a D1 University. She opens up about her path to her current role, and her experience on the board of the American Psychological Association. We discuss the difficulties of being a leader at a young age, and what we can do to take back our POWER in the room where it happens.

Dr. Christine Jehu (she/her) is a coffee obsessed counseling and sport psychologist & podcaster. She's truly a psychological ninja with a PhD in psychology & a black belt in karate. Dr. Jehu's podcast is Beyond the Couch, mental health conversations without the psychobabble.
