I had the absolute PRIVILEGE to interview Joni Wickham. Joni is the former Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Kansas City, MO, and the author of the FANTASTIC book titled The Thin Line Between Cupcake and Bitch.
As the title hints, Joni's book talks a lot about the need for women to be likeable, but not so likeable to be viewed as a pushover. In this episode, I can barely contain my excitement speaking with this strong, smart, hilarious woman whose book is an EXCELLENT jumping off point for many topics. Her blend of stories and life lessons make this an easy read, with tons of nuggets of advice that I have taken to grow in my own leadership talents.
