If you are in a leadership position, eventually you will find yourself in a conflict. Someone could be mad at you, be mad at another employee, or just be upset in general.

It's important to know how to handle that type of situation. In this episode, I share a few moments that I have had as a leader that required me to keep my head on straight while resolving an escalating conflict. I then share advice on how to maintain a clear head and de-escalate a situation.
