This week's episode is about the benefits of meditation.

Meditation has probably been one of the key things in helping change my mindset and helping me with my stress, anxiety and overthinking.

I HIGHLY recommend it! I personally like doing it in the morning to set me up nicely for the day.

I would also really recommend the Calm app, it is what helped kickstart my journey.
