This week's episode is about remembering why you started. Sometimes we fall off track and slip back into old habits that don't make us feel good or help us get where we want to be, whether physically or mentally.
If you have fallen off track, don't be hard on yourself! There is a new day tomorrow.
Remember-
You made that choice to improve yourself for a reason. Don't go backwards to habits that weren't helping you evolve. You have to keep reminding yourself why you even decided to move forward. Stay positive about what's to come by being consistent with your change.
