This week's episode is about changing your thoughts and how you react to things to help you deal with challenges that arise.
Taking a moment to breathe and think before you act is a great first step toward changing the way you respond to things. It can also help you separate your feelings from your actions. While you may be feeling incredibly upset or angry, you can recognise that feeling as something you don't need to act on at all.
