Fiona has had a whirlwind introduction to the UK ultra-running scene over the past couple of years.
During the last 2 years Fiona has gone from Bob Graham mule to Lakes 24 record holder!
She wins pretty much every race she enters and is fresh from winning
@centurianrunning Wendover Woods 50miler in the last few weeks.
Obviously we can’t mention Fiona without mentioning the fact that she is the little sister of the legend herself Beth Pascall!
We speak about what it’s like to seemingly be racing in her shadow, but also the fact that she doesn’t actually feel any pressure to follow in her big sisters footsteps.
As her coach Martin Cox told me himself…..Fiona is going to do great things in ultra-running!
