This awesome part 2 episode is all about showing yourself appreciation and 5 tips that I've used over the years to help me appreciate myself. There is so much more to this topic, but this short digestible episode hits the spot.

Then I move into the fact that YOU are your longest relationship. Get to know yourself. Take care of yourself. There is nothing wrong with that, in fact, it's vitally important so you can give back to others. Fill your own cup first right!
Finally, I list 5 steps that might help you on your own journey to self-love and acceptance. I AM statements anyone! :)
