We all have guilty thoughts after we lose our children.
Our friends and family tell us to stop feeling guilty. Should we follow their advice?
Can we even stop feeling guilty? Do we want to stop feeling guilty?
It's ok to have guilty thoughts. You can't stop guilty thoughts easily.
But you don't have to act on them. When acted upon, guilt keeps you stuck and prevents you from grieving.
The two most important things that helped me move through the grief and rebuild my life after I lost my son were COMMUNITY and COACHING, and I now offer both of those to you, my listeners, for free.
Just search "Life after child loss" on Facebook and join my group https://www.facebook.com/groups/lifeafterachildloss.
I do weekly live Q&A and share all my best tips and secrets right in there. Plus, there are bonuses from the podcast I'll post inside the group from time to time. I'll see you inside.
