Cogniom is a software company that helps companies discover issues and inefficiencies directly from the front-line staff. By understanding and recording a day in the life of the average worker, they open a direct and anonymous communication channel from the workers to management teams

Robert was responsible for dozens of Cerner medical record implementations worldwide. Eventually, he accepted the role as Sr Lead Systems Architect and with an Australian re-location in 2016, helped bring several more hospitals to live across Queensland and New South Wales.
