In 2014 Derek and Maria Broaddus purchased a home in the idyllic town of Westfield, New Jersey. This house, located at 657 Boulevard, was their dream home, featuring 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and almost half an acre of land for them and their 3 children to spread out and enjoy. Maria had grown up in Westfield, only a few blocks away from 657 Boulevard, and always dreamed of returning to the area to raise her own children. But what started out as a dream turned into a nightmare when the family began receiving disturbing and sometimes threatening notes from someone calling themself “The Watcher”.
