Most of our nightmares stay safely in the dream realm. Although we may wake up with our hearts racing and our eyes darting around our darkened bedrooms looking for danger, we will soon realize that the threat lay solely in our dreams. But sometimes our nightmares come alive, and come out to torment us in our waking lives. We don’t know exactly what happened to Cindy Anderson, but we do know that she was haunted by dreams of being abducted and killed for a full year from 1980-1981. And we know that no one has seen her, alive or dead, since August 4th, 1981.
