Often, we experience a lot of emotional turmoil and instability because we do not feel seen. We feel that no one really sees us and gets us. Or because we have been through so much trauma and drama, we don’t feel safe. Pursuing purpose, showing up authentically, being “out there” and putting yourself “out there” seems very scary and unsafe. Being in community and connecting to other people – unsafe. In today’s brief episode I am sharing some of my own personal crafted affirmations that have withstood the test of time that have gotten me to where I am today. I don’t claim to have it all together, but with the help of God and speaking life over myself with these affirmations, I am well in my journey!
