Are you feeling all of your emotions, or do you tend to avoid them, because... it's kinda scary to go there? Sorry to spread this news, but you can't choose to only feel certain types of emotions. If you avoid feeling sadness by shutting yourself down, you also avoid feeling joy. In this episode, my dear friend, Mimi Projovic, shares her personal journey of coming home to herself. She shares how she faced with her emotions and came out of the other side. Her transformation is literally like the metamorphosis caterpillars go through in order to become butterflies. So, if you are currently in the middle of the dark tunnel, keep going, my friends. The only way out, is through. And there is a light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how long that tunnel seems.
