Mike serves as a speaker, coach and trainer at venues in the USA, Canada and around the world. After enjoying 25 years of church ministry as a Pastor and College Instructor, Mike transitioned to focus on business and personal coaching and is a certified Coach and Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team. Mike is the president of DK Global Marketing, a private family investment portfolio with assets in real estate, consumer sales, manufacturing, petroleum engineering and mining. Mike is also the lead coach for LifeRekindled.com and has a weekly motivational podcast helping people discover their life purpose and mission, strengthen their marriage, and grow their leadership and team building skills.
Mike and his wife Debbie (co-founder of Norwex) have been married for 40 years and are the proud parents of three sons, have two amazing daughters-in-law, four grandsons and their granddaughter Emma. They spend time between their homes in Alberta, Canada and Colleyville, Texas.
