A special episode where Aisha Zaza interviews me to better understand macros.  As a Crossfitter, marathon runner, and very in shape herself,  she asked really good questions to pull out nutrition information that feels so second nature to me.  We discussed the very basics like what are macros, and then the difference between macros and a diet, answered the questions "Do I have to bring a food scale with me everywhere?", "Do I have to track macros forever?" and so much more.
