Lack of strategy is one of the biggest issues I see that prevent ladies from taking their shape to the next level. It’s the roadblock that prevents you from looking like you work out. Typically I see that my ladies put in a lot of effort, however, it’s a bit all over the place, there’s no cohesive plan where every component is working together. The Triangle of Success is what’s missing. This means the 3 points of the triangle, your Goal, your Training, and your Nutrition, are all intentionally thought out and working together.
