Being a Fit Chick is a lifestyle and today Aisha Zaza and I chat about what it means to live the fit chick lifestyle and how to do it sustainably.  Aisha shares her story of when she hit her fitness "rock bottom" and implemented a drastic lifestyle change.  Mindset, Nutrition, Fitness, Activities, Fashion, Friends... it's all part of it.
