I did 6 years of Crossfit and absolutely loved it. Learning new skills, getting stronger, feeling athletic, being competitive and of course, the energy and community it comes with is unbeatable. When I switched goals to mainly asesthics, I changed my training to bodybuilding. So many of my ladies are in a similar situation. In this episode I share exactly why I made the change and all of the benefits I've seen, the struggles I had switching to this new style, and why I will most likely do Crossfit again at some point. I also give specific training program suggestions that made the transition easier.
